Use the settings below to set up your account on your mobile device or to set up your personal email account to retrieve messages from your account. Scroll down for step-by-step instructions for specific devices.

Username: Your FULL email address (

Password: Your password

Incoming Mail Server:

Incoming Mail Server Port: 143 (for IMAP) (*Do not use POP)

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

Outgoing Mail Server Port: 587

Both should be set for TLS, but if TLS is not available then choose SSL for both.

NOTE: SSL should change the Incoming Mail Server Port to 993. If it does not do this automatically, you must do so manually.

On an iPhone, the steps go this way (Note: See Links & Files, below, for an alternative how-to document):

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Tap Add Account
  • Tap Microsoft Exchange
  • Enter your email address in the form<> and password
  • Tap Next
  • Enter for the server; enter your username in the form<> -- your password should be there, but if not type it in
  • Tap Next
  • Select the options you want to sync
  • Tap Save
  • Close Settings

On Android, it's like this:

    • Open Settings
    • Tap Accounts & sync (under PERSONAL)
    • Tap Corporate
    • Enter your 'Email address' in the form and your 'Password.' Tap Next
    • Now add STUDENTS/ before your username, and after; it will have the form, STUDENTS/  Change the prefilled 'Server' field below that from '' to and tap Next
    • Click 'OK' through the security notice to continue

Android will show you a menu of options for configuring your account; choose the ones you like.
