Since KU's Since Single Sign On (SSO) and MyEBSCO are linked, if you choose to bypass personalization from off-campus you will not able to authenticate to EBSCO. Instead you are taken to a MyEBSCO login page that fails when you enter your KU credentials. The only information saved is your email which will then connect you to KU's SSO. Unfortunately if you choose “skip for now” that bypasses SSO and your authentication attempt will fail.
When this screen appears you have to click on "Continue personalized" or you will not be able to authenticate from off-campus (Note: If you choose to bypass personalization you can use EBSCO from on-campus):
