KU offers notary services free of charge to students through three notaries on campus. As of April 2012, they included:
- Kathleen Malloy, Office of Assessment, 484-646-5933
- Joseph Robinson, Office of the President, 610-683-4103
- Raiza Williams, Business Office, 610-683-4145
(Earlier in 2012, the university published the names (PDF) of two other campus notaries.)
A phone call ahead of time is appreciated for scheduling purposes.
These notary services are also available to faculty and staff for university business only. For personal business, such service is available nearby from the Rhode Agency in downtown Kutztown (252 West Main Street; 610-683-3565) or, on a more limited basis, at Noble Street Notary.
