Student email passwords are the same ones used to log on to computers on campus. Try that password and if it does not work, you can “synchronize” your accounts online at  Sign in with your current credentials and click Reset Password

This password sync will create one single password for email, Etime, and campus computers.

If that does not solve the problem, you stop into the IT Help Center in Stratton Admin. Bldg. 112 to have your password reset between 8am and 4:30pm Mon – Fri (phone: 610-683-1511).  If you are not on campus during normal business hours, you can also visit Classroom Technology in room 204 of the Academic Forum. They are open until 10pm Monday – Thursday.
