PQ released a major upgrade of their interface in 2011. The new interface allows cross-searching across many PQ products.
The library recently upgraded all its links to the new interface. In order for the new interface to work properly library users will need to clear their browsers of the old ProQuest cookies. This is a simple process and one that is done automatically on all student PCs in the library and across campus. However other computers (staff, faculty, and personally-owned student computers/laptops) will need cookies cleared or you may get an access error (esp. if you have been using the old PQ interface).
This is a simple process and you only need to do it once.
Click on Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies (watch video of this process)
Click on Tools > Options > Privacy > Clear Recent History OR Remove Individual Cookies (watch video of process)
