Q. Can the public use wi-fi at Kutztown University or Rohrbach Library? If not, where can we get wireless wifi access?

Kutztown Borough has about a dozen free, open-access wireless hotspots in local businesses.  There is a list here: https://www.huhomenet.com/services/wifibus/.
