Yes. Residents of Pennsylvania may get a "Courtesy patron" library card to borrow books and have access to a library computer. To get a card, go to the Information Commons desk near the entrance and show a photo ID and proof of PA residency (a driver’s license will suffice). Minors also need a parent/guardian to complete a registration form.
Two Windows PCs are available for such cardholders to access the internet; printing is ten cents a sheet. Overdue fines are 10 cents per item per day.
The Courtesy patron computers offer internet access only. There is no Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
