I am hoping you were able to log in since sending your message? During yesterday's data outage at KU, it wasn't possible to sign in using the right-hand side of the login screen. The only ways to sign in were:
Via the left-hand side using your KU card number. This only works if your card has been 'validated' by the library, which happens automatically once you use it to borrow a book. You can also have your card number validated by bringing it to the library desk, or calling 610-683-4480 when we're open.
Using the EBSCO smartphone app, which you can obtain on our mobile site.
You'll want to do one or both, because there will be two more weekend data outages this year. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
