Hi Rachel:

Sorry thought this issue had been resolved last week.  Since its working on-campus my thinking is that it must be an issue with our off-campus authentication system.  I put a support ticket in last week on this issue.  I will follow-up now.  For the time being you can email me with what reports you want and I will send them to you via email (as an attachment).
